A New Home For CMS-USA
The CMS-USA office has moved to Ambridge, Pennsylvania, inside the headquarters of the South American Missionary Society-USA. In the first half of 2009, we will be working to join our organizations by integrating CMS-USA mission personnel and programs into the infrastructure of SAMS-USA. Please continue to pray for this transition.
For CMS-USA missionaries and Grant Project participants, this action means better services in important areas such as financial administration, church communications, and continuing education. They will benefit from the larger, more developed structures of SAMS-USA. In the bigger picture, the coming together of CMS-USA and SAMS-USA represents the development of one, stronger Anglican American mission organization to respond to Jesus' Great Commission.
As of June 22, 2009 CMS-USA is no longer receiving donations for missionaries. We are proud to announce that one of our major goals has been accomplished! All of the CMS-USA missionaries that wanted to become part of SAMS-USA have done so. We are grateful for the hard work the SAMS staff has done to facilitate easy transitions for our missionaries and above all we are thankful for God's continual guidance.
As of July 1, 2009 CMS-USA is no longer receiving donations for Grant Projects participants. To support CMS-Asia missionaries Zinkoo and HyeonShil, please make checks payable to SAMS-USA. SAMS-USA is still working out agreements with CMS-UK and CMS-Africa. Please contact the SAMS office for more information about donating to CMS-UK or CMS-Africa projects. We will be sure to inform our supporters of any changes that take place in the coming weeks.

If you would like to contribute to their ministries, please make your donations to SAMS-USA and write the name of the missionary you wish to support in the memo line.
